Overview
Texas Association of Community Health Centers and UnitedHealth Group brought us on to produce a major video package including 6 training videos, 3 promotional videos, and a 25 minute documentary chronicling the success of TACHC's Quality Axis initiative to improve statewide diabetes numbers.

This project was produced fully in-house by our team at Hot Shoe Media. Over the four week production period, we filmed over 50 subjects at 12 different sites from Houston all the way to El Paso. The documentary and promos are screened at events nationwide and on the web while the educational video package lives as a resource for all federally qualified health centers in Texas.

Directed, Edited, and partially shot by Jeb Brackner

Testimonial
“Hot Shoe is amazing and I would recommend them to any company - but in particular to any mission-driven non-profit organization. We wanted a documentary showcasing a statewide program for our healthcare non-profit. We did a thorough procurement with many proposals and Hot Shoe came out on top. And we quickly learned we had made the right choice. They understood and improved our vision for the project during discovery and creative planning. They interacted so well with all sorts of stakeholders for the project, including our grant funders. They pulled off some very tricky logistics, filming at 12 sites across Texas in one month with excellent feedback from each about how professional and considerate they were. And the resulting final products were so good! Beautiful shots, compelling storytelling, and very clean edits… but they also really saw the incredible work we were trying to showcase and knew how to highlight it for the audience so they would be impacted.”
